Although we provide the following information and links to access the most significant scholarships, we urge you to check these sites regularly to be up to date with future announcements. Foreseeably, the scholarships for the 2021-2022 academic session will be published around the same dates as they were for the 2020-21 academic session.
USAL Merit scholarship (Masters)
Along with ALUMNI (the USAL graduate service), the University offers 20 competitive scholarships to students with at least an 8.5 average grade in the undergraduate programme that grants them access to an Official Masters.

Scholarships in Collaboration with USAL Student Services
The University of Salamanca offers competitive scholarships to students with the aim that these students cooperate with student services, participating in the related learning and support activities to complement their practical and theoretical learning.
2020-21 Application (Convened 11th December 2020, Closed 15th January 2021) (Available in Spanish)
USAL International Mobility Scholarships
The Vice-Rector of International Relations offers international mobility scholarships to allow students from Latin America to study a Masters degree at the University of Salamanca.
2021-22 Application (Convened 22nd March 2021, last date for applications: 15th April 2021, 2 pm (Spanish Peninsular Time))
Scholarships in collaboration with the Department of Translation and Interpreting (N.B. applications must be sent by the beginning of September!)
This scholarship is offered by the Ministry of Education and Professional Formation of the Spanish Government. To apply for this scholarship, it is necessary to develop a collaborative project with the Department of Translation and Interpreting. Those interested in applying for this scholarship should contact the Director of the Master’s (Daniel Linder, email@example.com), who can provide information about the development of the project.
2021 – 2022 Application (Convened 3rd June 2021) (Available in Spanish)
Erasmus+ scholarships facilitate mobility throughout Europe on these two international programmes:
MATEM Programme (Masters in Specialised Translation and Intercultural Mediation) (Double Masters with the University of Heidelberg, 240 credits)
Scholarships in Collaboration with University Institutes and Centres
Scholarships in collaboration which aim to promote research projects undertaken by final year undergraduate students or students in their first year of a masters programme in the Research Institutes and Centres at the University of Salamanca. Applications run from the 9th of June until the 30th of September.
