Las tareas de gestión son complicadas: llevan mucho tiempo de dedicación y a veces hacen que nos impliquemos en situaciones difíciles de resolver. Sin embargo, ser miembro de la comunidad universitaria debe llevar implícita una labor comunitaria, que ayude en la gestión parcial del sistema. Todo el colectivo debería tener alguna implicación en gestión para que el funcionamiento del sistema fuera fruto del trabajo en común.
Mis implicaciones en gestión han sido variadas:
- Coordinadora de Intercambios ERASMUS del Departamento de Geología desde 1996 hasta 2014.
- Secretaria Académica del Departamento de Geología desde 2004 hasta 2008.

Management of teaching and research tasks is complicated and takes much time and commitment, and sometimes it involves difficult situations to sort out. However, a member of the university community must carry an implicit community work, to assist in the management of part of the system. All faculty members should have some involvement in management at some point, helping in the progress of the university system.
