De forma similar a una pizarra digital, con SMART Notebook puedes escoger imágenes de forma rápida dentro del aula. Esta herramienta contiene gran cantidad de imágenes útiles para generar contenidos educativos de forma sencilla.
Permite trabajar en continuo dialogo de forma semi-estructurada actividades en las que el/ los niños/as tomen cierta iniciativa.
Un ejemplo de actividad sería la siguiente:
· Podemos escoger la imagen de un animal o pedir al niño/a que escoja uno. Este animal, pongamos que hemos escogido un gato, podemos duplicarlo y moverlo para situarlo en la parte de la pantalla que queramos. Después podemos preguntar al niño cuántos gatos hay en la pizarra y también pedirle que escriba el número, si no sabe escribirlo pero si lo reconoce escrito lo podemos buscar y elegir en la barra de al lado el número que corresponde con la cantidad de gatos que hay o escribir nosotros varios y hacerle pensar cual es el número correcto. Además también podemos escribir la palabra “gato” en distintos colores, pintarle bigotes o sacar una imagen contrastativa como por ejemplo un perro para generar una pequeña conversación y compararlos.
A partir de una o varias imágenes podemos guiar al niño hasta hacia nuestro propósitos de trabajo realizando una actividad amena y sencilla. Además de las imagines con que la herramienta cuenta, podemos incorporar imágenes propias o obtener recursos de internet.
Otro aspecto interesante es que las actividades que generemos pueden guardarse, así podemos hacer un recopilatorio de las actividades trabajadas.
Además de las imágenes que ya contiene puedes acceder a recursos en línea e incorporar contenido propio desde tu ordenador. Una vez acabada la actividad puede guardarse.

Students can have their own blog, we access with an institutional login. Since 2011 the external appearance of the blog has changed. Now, we can write about things we want and we can change the appearance. I should learn to use better this blog.
My forte is not technology, but knowing the tools you can find applications for education. For example, this article was my best article because my teacher wants me to use SMART notebook before write about it. This methodology is good.
