Expert in the following research topics:

- Modeling of cargo and electronic noise in SC and new materials. Diodes and transistors BJT and HBT Si and SiGe.

- Design and manufacture of layouts, fabrication and experimental measurement of monolithic amplifiers, active filters and components with application in mobile phone systems.

- Optimization for high frequency applications of nanoscale transistors and advanced conventional MOSFET (SOI, multi-door, gradual channel MOSFET Schottky barrier, etc).

- Monte Carlo modeling of new two-dimensional materials. Analysis of freight transport, diffusivity, velocity fluctuations, noise, etc.. monolayer graphene. Development of simulation for studying bi-layer graphene, Siliceno, MoS2, etc.. and related devices.

 

My profile

- Author of over 30 research articles published in journals with high impact factor (ISI Web of Science). 55 communications to national and international conferences.

- Principal Investigator 6 research projects (a total of 23 projects) obtained in competitive calls (International, National and Regional).

- Experience in managing R & D and in various technology transfer activities.
- Membership of Thematic Networks: Phamtoms, Nanospain and Eurosoi.
- Experience in organizing conferences.
- Director of 2 doctoral thesis.
- Reviewer of several scientific journals indexed recognized prestige in the Journal of Citation Report. Member of Committees of International Symposium.
