TEW Salamanca 2022

The Translating Europe Workshop to be held in Salamanca is organized under the auspices of the European Commission’s Translating Europe project, which seeks to connect all stakeholders in the world of translation. These one-day, specialized workshops complement the Translating Europe Forum held annually in Brussels and take place in different Member States. Translating Europe Workshops (TEW) are organized by the DG-Translation representatives  in each Member State, often in collaboration with the universities that are members of the EMT (European Master’s in Translation) network. In the following link, you can find a complete list of the TEWs which will be held in 2019, including Salamanca:

The workshop in Salamanca, called Challenges in Multilingual Specialised Communication in the Digital Era: New Translation Scenarios and Professional Profiles, is divided into three rountable discussions, each with three / four participants, and will seek to provide the latest information, a series of best practices and a forum for debate with the target audience:
