I am Full Professor in the Department of Construction and Agronomy at the University of Salamanca.
I work at the Polytechnic School of Zamora (USAL), where I combine teaching and research. I am a professor in the Food Technology Area and I belong to the Recognised Research Group: Food: Production, Elaboration and Characterisation.
Research Interests: My research involves improving quality and safety of food products. In recent years the work of my research group has focused on the application of near infrared spectroscopy technology (NIR) to different food samples.
