Research Fellow: “Pregnant Men: An International Exploration of Trans Male Practices of Reproduction”.

Applications are invited for a Research Fellow to work on a major ESRC funded international study into trans male experiences and practices of reproduction led by Dr Sally Hines as Principle Investigator at Leeds (UK).
You will conduct qualitative research including individual and focus group interviews and prepare and present the research findings to academic, professional and non-professional audiences.
You will have knowledge of and experience of contributing to current academic research in the areas of gender and transgender studies, the body and sexuality studies. With a PhD in in a relevant area of the social sciences or significant experience of related research in a professional capacity you will have the ability to produce research outputs that are recognised internationally in terms of originality, significance and rigour.
The role will be based in Leeds (UK) although some short-term national and international travel will be required.
