Camilo J. Morado-Díaz – Postdoctoral Researcher

cjmorado@usal.es

I obtained my PhD in Neuroscience at the University of Seville in 2015 studying the effects of neural progenitor cells implanted in a model of lesion of the oculomotor system. After that, I was hired as Postdoctoral Research Assistant (2016) to participate in open lines in neuronal excitotoxicity in a model of ALS, at the University of Cádiz. In 2017, I was granted with a Juan de la Cierva-Formación Fellowship to work on auditory neurophysiology and predictive coding at the Institute for Neuroscience of Castilla y Leon (INCYL), University of Salamanca. Nowadays, I am focused on the study of antitumoral peptides with therapeutic interest for glioblastoma as a team member of Neurobiochemistry group (INCYL) thanks to Junta de Castilla y Leon funding.
