On June 10, 2025, I had the opportunity to deliver an oral presentation at the 5th ISA Forum of Sociology, organized by the International Sociological Association (ISA) in Rabat, Morocco. My talk, “Global Research Trends in School Food Environment: A Bibliometric Analysis using Web of Science and VOSViewer”, presented an overview of the scientific production on school food environments worldwide. It was an enriching experience to share these findings and engage in dialogue with researchers from different countries, highlighting the importance of sociological perspectives in the study of food and nutrition.
