Talk on Qualitative Approaches in Food Environment Research — Paris, France

On August 27, 2025, I delivered an oral presentation at the 23rd International Congress of Nutrition of IUNS, held in Paris, France, and organized by the French Society of Nutrition (SFN), the French Federation of Nutrition (FFN), the Federation of European Nutrition Societies (FENS), and the International Union of Nutritional Sciences (IUNS). My talk, “Mapping the Thematic Evolution of Qualitative Approaches in Food Environment Research: A Bibliometric Analysis (1995–2025)”, explored the development and shifts in qualitative research on food environments over the past three decades. It was an excellent opportunity to share my findings with a global audience and to exchange ideas on how research approaches can shape the future of nutrition science.
