From October 20 to 22, I had the pleasure of joining CiBari 2025 in beautiful Bari, Italy, where I spoke about my project FEAS and shared my expectations for my upcoming collaboration with the Interdepartmental Centre “Cibo in Salute” (UNIBA) — an inspiring opportunity to continue advancing research on food, health, and sustainability.
