My name is Bruna Menegassi. I hold a degree in Nutrition from São Paulo State University (UNESP, Brazil) and a PhD in Sciences from the University of São Paulo (USP, Brazil). I have worked as a professor at the South American Institute for Research and Development in partnership with the University of Morón (UM, Argentina), as an adjunct professor in the Department of Nutrition at the State University of Central-West (UNICENTRO, Brazil), as a professor in the Undergraduate Program in Nutrition (2015–2024), and as a faculty member in the Graduate Program (academic master’s) in Food, Nutrition, and Health (2021–2024) at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Federal University of Grande Dourados (UFGD, Brazil).
My international academic experiences include a sandwich master’s program at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA, Argentina) and participation as a visiting researcher in the Internationalization Project of the School of Public Health at the University of Chile (U-Chile, Chile) during my doctoral studies. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Salamanca (USAL, Spain).
