Talk and Interactive Activities: Eating Healthy — Salamanca, Spain

On September 26, 2025, I participated in the European Researchers’ Night at the University of Salamanca, Spain, where I led a talk and interactive activities titled “Food in Focus: When Is Eating Healthy and When Is It Not?” (La alimentación en foco. ¿Cuándo se come saludable y cuándo no?). The debate engaged the public in discussions about what defines healthy eating and the challenges of making nutritious food choices. It was a rewarding experience to connect with a diverse audience and promote awareness of nutrition in an interactive and accessible way.
