On September 26, 2025, my supervisor, Jesús Rivera-Navarro, and I participated in the European Researchers’ Night at the University of Salamanca, Spain. We led an interactive activity titled “Food in Focus: When Is Eating Healthy and When Is It Not?” (La alimentación en foco. ¿Cuándo se come saludable y cuándo no?) in which we engaged the public, mainly children, in a discussion about how to make healthy food choices and the challenges involved. It was a rewarding experience to connect with a diverse audience and promote nutrition awareness in an interactive, accessible way.
