Who I am

I come from Valencia, in whose University I got my Bachelor’s degree in Biology. I initiated my research on hymenopterans (wasps and bees) with Prof. Jiménez Peydró. I did my Ph.D. thesis under the direction of Profs. Fernández Gayubo and Tormos Ferrando, studying aspects related with the behaviour and ecology of solitary wasps. I then moved to the University of Salamanca, in the group of Prof. Fernández Gayubo. Since then, I have been linked to the University of Salamanca, where I am currently Professor of Zoology.
